I got an awesome bag, but they missed me providing strap. I asked the sales executive at the time of purchase and he said there is no strap and later on when I went back to the store the other executive said there should have been a strap, now you can get that by paying 200.Not acceptable at all.

But a lot of my bags from here. They have really good product s in their store.
They also good staff. And they are very interactive and know about the product. Store is maintained really well
