Not a very clean place. The employees here don't care much about anything. Went inside the restroom to wash my hands and found a very dirty place. Leaky taps, water everywhere on the floor, and a stink so bad. No proper hygiene standards followed in this place.

Very bad doesn't support any good offer digital payment methods. Gives non realistic reasons such as server down.doesn't even apology for the inconvenience.

Food is good. Don't expect any kind of good service. People in kitchen wear gloves to one hand only. I was told the sixer bucket was not available any more by the cashier. So i stood in the store and placed an order on the website, to be picked up at the store. Then the server did pack my order and I just happened to check it. I had got only 6 wings n 6 strips. Rest were missing. I had not even left the store and they suspected that I had removed them. Then I had to show them the credit card receipt which had time on it. They took the bucket in. At least 4 employees checked it and everybody used their bare hands to touch the chicken pieces. They even tried to give me the same bucket that everybody had touched. Upon lot of discussion, I finally received the right order with right amount of food and absolutely no apology or compensation. Very rude manager and equally uncleanly staff
