Soni Sir understands the nuances of yoga and what will get the maximum results. He is especially good with therapeutic yoga practices. The best yoga teacher I have known and I have been to his classes for the last 7 years. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Wonderful experience of traditional Yoga practices . I was earlier fed up with different exercise methods but here I learnt the real traditional yoga. It helped me to lose 17 Kg in just 2 months.
