Had a optimum space for having a enough gym equipments. Have a couple of well qualified trainers to help us. Things lacking are proactive support by means of giving you weekly & monthly targets, Supplements & diet plans based on your body type and most important is lacking the follow-up and correcting the plans as per the observations

Serves the purpose of a nice.. equipped gym with a competent, gentle and responsive staff. The treadmills can be a pain sometimes under maintenance and peak hours have a lot of people but it's free during the day time.
Would help a lot if it remained open longer at night.. currently closes at 10.
