Very poor service from them, till date they are not given master policy copy and cashless card, it almost five months over, after some many calls and reminders they are not doing it, hence forth I will not go for TATA AIG insurance and I will not recommend to my friends

No Proper Solution for the agents at the time of releiving. my policy was lapsed as i joined as an agent in the year 2007. As i have applied for releiving from the company in dec 2016. till now i haven't received any releiving letter.
