Don't use this service at all. Very unreliable. I reserved 2 days earlier and confirmed the day before also for a 5 PM booking. They didn't even call but sent an SMS saying driver will not come at 4 PM - at the last minute.
Sick douches.

NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE : One of the worst experience of my life with their driver. I had hired their drives Ramesh for travelling to Chennai from Bangalore. We met with an accident due to negligence of the driver inspite of my repeated request to slow down on crossings. I had a terrible time dealing with TN police and repeated visit to the PS. The agency just washed off their hand and their proprietor Mr. Govindrajan just advised me to help myself hire a local lawyer and also did not take any respaosibility of the driver. The drivers are just hired on profit sharing and their is no role of the Dzire in their actions or behaviour. My sincered advise to all to not to get trapped by the lovely words on the website and also not entertain this agency which has such short sited approach towards their clients.
