Service is so pathetic, no customer experience at al, Defect noticed on the sealed liquor bottle, (issue - leakage)those are kept in the sight of consumer view, Cristal wines shop vendors are so conscious on pushing those detected liquors. Its even brought into shop manager's notice - idiotic guy is not accepting the flaw at his end. Giving a nonsense reason No quality service, no proper interaction with customer, using abusive terms to customer. I strongly recommend viewers, Cristal wines is not the right place to purchase liquors.

Good place to quickly pick liquor of your choice. Generally crowded during weekends. While 2 wheeler parking isn’t a challenge it is for cars.
Plus they accept cards and range of product is good.

Great place to get your booze. has a good collection of wines and in fact is always well prepared for days he knows there will be a flood of people coming to the shop, for example before dry days, before weekends, before holidays etc. Has a good collection of wine as well.
