Lavish big rooms. Very polite staff.
Only complaint I have is the housekeeping guys need to be reminded every now and then for cleaning of rooms.

Location is very good Build in corner of Ranjit avenue prochse area . And filled with FooDs resturent ,cafe and mall , Bars and pubs best place to hangout near Pr Residency

They are tax evaders, they will ask you to pay in cash even though their card machine is working. They will even ask you to go to atm and pay by cash. I asked them about paying through card and they said machine is not working. I asked them to give it a try and my both transection, one was of gst payment n other was of restaurant both worked perfectly. When I asked them to give bill for gst amount they denied and said you ask from make my trip where as make my trip voucher said you paid it at hotel so you will get it from them. I did not get it from make my trip as well.
So in reality whatever amount you are paying to them in the name of gst is going in their pocket and you are getting fooled by them.
Make sure you avoid this hotel or else don't pay gst amount unless you get bill for same otherwise you will end up getting fooled by them.
As far as rooms they are big but linen were dirty. Room services sucks they never clean your room. Only good thing about this hotel is good food.

Rooms are huge and location is also very good. Only problem is it's a old hotel and some sort of foul smell hangs in the rooms. Otherwise its good hotel with very spacious rooms - old school hotel.
