The Young Trukk team is not at all concerned about the customer experience. I bought a dress from them after hearing a good feedback from one of my friend. I stay in Mumbai, and I came down to Ahmedabad to check out their collection.
The dress was for my sangeet ceremony , I tried the dress once and kept aside to be worn again on the occasion. But just to show some of my friends i took it out few days before my event to try it. The zipper got off before wearing only.
When i reported the matter to the owner, she was least bothered and replied to me by saying - Sometimes the zips are bad, not a big deal.
When i told her that this is a big deal if the zip comes out at the time of the event, and you guys should use better material, she stopped replying. Was not a bit sorry about the lower quality of their product.
The designers are least concerned about the customers once the purchase is done.
I will strongly recommend not to buy from Young Trukk.
