ICICI Lombard is probably one of the best General insurance company in India. People in the Bodakdev branch In Ahmedabad are really helpful. Even after taking the policy they will assist you for any queries on the phone.

I had few stitches last month while falling from my scooty which made me search about personal accident insurance. Based on the online reviews and ratings I bought insurance from ICICI Lombard in Bokadev, Ahmedabad and happy with their service and terms. My personal accidental insurance covers alot of benefits which makes me feel secure in case of any unforeseen situations. A big thumbs up to ICICI Lombard team.

Stay Away, They Cheat, When you want to buy their policy they will ready to come anywhere to collect the documents and will promises for a great support. but once you are in the trap, their great customer care will just like please contact our branch, please contact our branch, please contact our branch, for a simple request. Even if I told them their branch is not near and it's not possible for me to reach. Hopeless.

Thankfully, I got my house secured from the home insurance bought from Allahabad branch. It's been three years. Last year, on Diwali, my sofa set and bed caught fire. I talked to the branch representatives who were very proactive. It was a hassle-free claim process for me.
