Worst experience of my life. I would rather have preferred to sleep out on the streets of Agra than in that smelly, disgusting, nasty, cheap room. The staff is terrible, illiterate, and does not understand English. Due to their incompetency, I was given the wrong room and they refused to change it even after shown the confirmation receipt. The room description online is a complete exaggeration. There is no fridge, no extra pillows, no sheets.. We were given two pillows, one bed, no towels, one bar of soap, and one blanket for a family of four. The bathroom was not clean, the toilet would not flush, and the bathroom flooded with water after each shower use. I would not recommend this horrible place that they have the nerve to call a hotel. oh the wifi was great though!

HOTEL STAFF IS VERY BAD. HE HAS NO TALKING SEANCE HOW TO TALK A CUSTOMER WHEN HI START BOOKING A ROOM
( ROOM RATE IS 1501 FOR 2 PERSON AND HE SAYS 1850 FOR TWO PERSON THEY START BARGAINING LIKE A RADI MARKE
