I must say i was pretty worried once i saw the feedbacks on Google regarding Procar. I rented a car for 10 days and everything went fine with them. They were polite, on time and they were really pro. If you take care of the car, clean it and give it back on time it will work great for you as well i'm sure. Prices were pretty cheap by the way. I recommend this renter based on my experience.

All's Well that Ends Well: We had a Procar rental through our travel agent. When it was time for them to pick us up at our hotel they were 30 minutes late. I was a "bit" upset but much to my pleasant surprise, Dadi from Procar came to the rescue. He provided us with a nice upgrade and a significant discount on our insurance. I love great customer service and this was a great example of it.

Jakub was so helpful when I arrived without a pre-booking. I knew it is better to book way in advance especially in summer but he had a positive attitude and found a good deal for me anyway. The wait time was fast; easy transaction, fine vehicle, and very fair price. I will definitely return here in future! Free ride to airport, which this office is near. Free coffees and cappucinos and such in office while you wait..Definitely recommend!

Helpful service. The car rental is by a shuttle (10 mins) from Keflavik Airport to an industrial estate near the main roads. We had to wait around 40 minutes for a shuttle there (look for a man with a sign), but got one immediately back. Car was fine, very new. They have a massive excess for any damage so we already had 3rd party insurance for that. Overall a relatively good, hassle free experience. Thank you.

On arrival we had to wait a long time to be shuttled to the rental centre.
Once there they informed me that the don't accept American Express credit card for the security deposit. Both myself and girlfriend have American Express and bank cards. They wouldn't accept my bank card which I had also just used the previous month to rent a motorbike from another company. I frequently rent vehicles and have never had an issue with either my american express or bank VISA card.
The only option they offered was for me to pay full price for their most expensive insurance option. Annoying as it was very expensive and I had already organized extra insurance with another provider.
The car was OK but basic. Not as quality as what I've rented from other companies before.
The reason I chose them was because the rental seemed good value. Well it wasn't, it was actually very expensive in the end.
