Nobody in the fish stand was able to tell me what kind of fish product they would suggest for me that can be made or is already sashimi safe (safe to consume as a sushi (raw)) the guy who knew it went on a break right at that time. So I had to go with the pre made sushi. Even though the international selection is amazing here, was able to find Curry Ketchup (Hela brand) and other sushi products and even Sake imported from Japan.
