The Bathroom wasn't very cleaned but I think for a short stay it's okay

Cleanliness was absolutely terrible. We stayed for about a week, and not a single time were our sheets or towels changed. Room service came in every day only to refold said sheets and towels. (I know, because there was a stain on my bedsheet that remained in the same exact spot, the entire duration of our stay).

Receptionist barely speaks English, rooms are very filthy (we found hair on our pillows) and we had to wait some time to get water.
