During the winter, they dont give the kettle which is annoying and when you ask for a taxi, they tell us that ‘THERE IS NO TAXI AT THE MOMENT. YOU CAN FIND BLA BLA BLA’ after waiting almost half an hour (and it was still 6 PM and lots of taxis have passed by).
Can’t say the service was terrible. But there were 3 of the staff (at night) are useless and know nothing and always guess the answer.

Solid 4 star hotel. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Wi-fi is free but could be a little faster. Location was great.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are well equipped and clean. The street side is loud even with closed windows. The breakfast in general is very good, but when the hotel is full, is it getting a bit tricky.

Not enough for 130 euros/night!
It's a 4-star house and it's and okay hotel. But there's a couple things that just shouldn't be like that. Rooms are okay - but look a bit careless in decoration. Bath is okay. Super mini gym (not a gym actually). The bed consists of actually 2 single beds - if which one is clearly more preferred by guests as the mattress is pretty done - while the other mates is almost like new.
They have a pillow menu. GUYS! IF YOU HAVE A PILLOW MENU, THEN MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE THE PILLOWS!!! I asked for pillows with goose downs. They came with 2 completely regular ones made of polyester.....
And when you ask for a bathrobe (none I'm the room) you'll get slippers.... 😂

If I would have visited Budapest not by car, I would have rated this hotel with 4 Stars. The rooms are nice and clean, good AC and Wifi coverage. Bathroom is clean however a little bit to small. The staff was very professional and helpful. Parking was (like almost everywhere in Budapest center) pricy. The hotel has only two elevators. During the rush hour (breakfast, check out/in) in can take you minutes to wait for a packed elevator.
