Pros
1. Foods were tasty.
2. Reasonable price ($7-15)

1. Waiters were so busy. It was Sunday evening. They didn't bring us forks and knives. We had to ask water three times until we got water.

Over the past few times I've eaten here, my food has not come out hot (with the exception of soup-based dishes). My Northern Fiesta Plate was lukewarm at best. The only reasons why I still come back are for the soups and the crepes.

My experience was definitely not great. Soups are canned not cooked. Kitchen has apparently no actual training neither does the servers, I had a male server with the greatest intentions but without service knowledge. It is not the staff's fault but the managerial side of the house. Servers and cooks can and will make more money if management takes time to get them the training they so desperately need. Managers should be trained as well since they are not realizing this is hurting everyone from the costumers to the Owner. Get what you need now TRAINING across all levels and you will earn even more than ever and also will represent better not only the restaurant reputation but the great customer service culture of Guam. Stop mediocrity.
