A wonderful hotel and a great and hardworking staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The spa was fantastic and ran by a lovely lady. Highly recommended!

Going home tomorrow had a really nice week with the wife and three kids. Stayed in a family room with private pool. Features included a wonky shower a broken oven, a damp wall and mould under the kitchen sink which I had to clean off when we got here, but at least the pool and safe worked. Room was spacious for us even with a travel cot up that the hotel provided. Staff are fantastic and always helpful. Food was great always something to eat no complaints from kids. Best hotel I've stayed at for all inclusive. But the beach was nothing more than some stones which the kids were disappointed at. Spent most days at the room (only because we had our own pool) the gardens are well looked after and maintained to a high standard. Few kids including my youngest got a chest infection wether that's off the plane or something in the water who knows. Second stay in zante would I return to this hotel? I have to say as nice as it is, I would not. It's just lacking that attention to detail and with the mould in the room you don't know what other horrors are hiding behind the curtains.

Place and hotel very nice. Without a motorbike or quad is not so easy to go to another small towns. I suggest to rent a quad, then you can reach very nice places and beaches on your own. An excursion in the mountains is very exited too.
P.s. it doesn't matter if you are all inclusive guest or not for a most good drinks in bar you have to pay. For free is only cheap alcohol and bear. Evening shows waren very weak.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms, pools and the food are all excellent. The hotel is right on a small beach. The staff are all excellent. I would definitely come again.
