Extremely poor food and service. The guy brought us bread and bottled water without us asking for it and later on charged us for it. The pasta tasted like it was cooked in ketchup by a 10 year old. Extremely bad tasting. We had to wait 20 Min for someone to come take the order while the staff was just hanging out at the bar. We later had to go to the cashier to pay after waiting for half an hour for someone to bring check.

Good Greek cuisine at reasonable prices and good service. I ate here twice and enjoyed the food (without being hit by the Santorini surcharge that many restaurants have). Portions are generous and if you have a fish or the schnitzel, you are unlikely to need appetizers or desert.

The service was great, super friendly staff, they treated us like guests to their home. On top of that, the food was super good and the prices were very fair considering the quality of the meals. I had a red snapper, and it was very very fresh and tasty.
We then compared our food and experience to 2 other more popular places in Fira and Oia, and there is no comparison. The food from those other places was almost mediocre, more expensive, and the staff were very dry and unfriendly.
We will likely be coming back to Posidonia before the end of our trip.

Really great food and service. We started with steamed mussels and "pregnant peppers", both very good - tasty and fresh. The highlight was the salmon ravioli, not at all what we expected but probably the best dish we've had on the island!!! The perfectly balanced orange sauce with balsamic and shallots was impressive. Don't be fooled by the low key look of the place, the food quality definitely makes it all worth your while. Bonus desert wine on the house was also a very nice touch.

Stumbled upon this place and so happy we did. It doesn't look as inviting at the restaurant next door but the food is 10/10. The staff were great and very honest - he told us we ordered too much food and would be too full to finish it all. He was right! Food was so fresh especially the seafood, got a whole fish and it was delicious. Also got a free drink to finish our meal. I would come back here!
