Amazing experience for me and my husband. We stayed here for our honeymoon in June this year. Breath-taking is the only word I would say for this amazing hotel and place. Expensive but worth it!

The views from the hotel were amazing and the breakfast is good. Even though this hotel is marketed as being it Fira, it is at least 30 minutes by foot.
What really put us off was how the staff tries to rip us off when we booked services from them. On the first morning, we asked for a automatic car at the front desk ran by two ladies, they responded that it was 50 Euros per day and an additional 15 euros per day for basic insurance. We quickly found out that an automatic car could be rented for 23 euros per day with additional 5 euros per day for basic insurance.
On our last morning, we needed a transfer to the port, the male front desk staff at night told us that the cost is around 15 to 18 euros for a taxi. Hence we requested for a taxi from the front desk staff (same two ladies from the first day). They did not confirm the price of the taxi with us and proceeded to book. When the vehicle came, it was a BUS. After boarding, we were notified that it would cost us 25 euros. By then, it was too late to re-book a taxi as we would have risked missing our boat.
This is great and nice hotel. But the front deak staff, ugh, perhaps the lure of commission was too good for them miss.

The view is incredible. The rooms are nice and clean. The view is absolutely amazing. The staff is really helpful and nice. The view is breathtaking. This is the perfect hotel with pools, restaurants, and THE VIEW.

Most amazing and relaxing hotel in Santorini! My boyfriend and I came for 4 days and had the best time. The free breakfast is very good and everyone has WiFi in their rooms. The pools were lovely and the views were outstanding. It is very quiet and enjoyable. Every day they offer 5 min free massages by the pool too! There is a free shuttle to Fira which is also great. We will be recommending this place to our friends and will definitely return some day! Thank you for the best vacation!

The most amazing hotel with a truly majestic view, and by far the most genuinely friendly and efficient staff you will have the pleasure to encounter. My wife and I felt so comfortable at the Volcano View Hotel during our three night stay, and I only wish we could have stayed longer. If I could give it 10 out of 5 then I would. This hotel is the reason you take a holiday in Santorini. Spend that little bit more for a place like this and you will not regret it!
