Great views of the Caldera if you have the right room at this hotel. Receptionist Efi and the other staff were very courteous and helpful. A bit of a trek to get to the hotel, but totally worth it for the views 👍.. Overall a great experience.

When we got there the hotel manager gave a breakdown of places to visit as well as upgraded our room to include a great view of the volcano from our balcony. Very helpful with any questions we had and gave us great tips for our stay.

Location Location location. Love the Views to the volcano and sunset from the top terrace. Can not bit this. Right in the heart of everything at the main pedestrian area of Fira next to shops and so downtown. Cosy and friendly people. Budget rates with Big rooms. Able to use the facilities of pool and gym of Aressana Hotel the sister property near by and have discount rates at the spa as well.
