This is really 6 star, stayed in 2 storey suite with private pool. The views and everything was 6 star. Best place in Santorini.

What a beautiful hotel. My husband and I met in a job in hospitality for a large hotel chain- this is 5 star treatment. Don't let the 4 stars fool you otherwise

This is one of the best hotel properties one can stay in such a holiday destination. I will recommend this to anyone going to Santorini. The best part of the hotel is its spectacular ocean view and the sun-set. The only negative part is that it is about 15-20 mins drive away from the main city center.

This is a lovely little hotel where the scenery is amazing and so are the staff. We received such a warm welcome and nothing was too difficult for the staff to do to help us. Our room was very clean and suited us perfectly. The bathroom was a good size and again suited our every need. The hotel restaurant were amazing with my dietary requirements, every meal we had there they remembered and catered for me which made the holiday. The pool area was lovely with towels provided and there was always a sunbed free. We had a a amazing time and want to revisit again.

I give it 3 stars because for a 5-star hotel I definitely expected better facilities and service. The view is what you pay for at this hotel, it is stunning and the restaurant staff is also very professional. Instead the rooms are not great, especially the bathrooms which in our case only had a tub with occasional ants walking around. It was very uncomfortable taking baths there. The towels by the pool were stained which is OK for me but not for a 5-star hotel. The reception's staff is a bit overwhelming with daily questions whether I would "recommend the hotel to a friend". At one point these questions were just bothering me personally. Also lady who tries to sell you a massage every day by the pool was very pushy, this ruined my image of the hotel which made it come across as if they want to squeeze out every penny out of you while you are there.
