Fairly close to the nearest beach (about 5 min walk), but the better beaches are 10-15 min away. The rooms are very clean and nice, recently renovated; bathrooms are great. We didn't like the food. There was little variation in the menu from one night to the next and veggie options were limited. Some members of the staff were super nice, others were surprisingly rude.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a nice pool area where the bar is also located. The all inclusive option includes buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner which is a good mix of local cuisine. The rooms are immaculately clean with comfy beds, aircon and great showers. Great for people wanting to visit Santorini on a budget. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and about 10-15 minutes from the main area in Kamari where the beach is backed by restaurants. The hotel owner will arrange excursions to suit your needs and will advise o b the easiest way to get around, also arranging car/moped/quad hire
