Imagine showing up after 15 hrs of traveling and your hotel reservation is cancelled by the hotel themself! Showed our booking confirmation to the manager who had no recognition of our booking. The hotel was fully booked there fore they had no room for us. The reception and management are horrible, unfriendly, and miserable people. In a situation like this you would expect to be helpful or apologetic. We sat in the reception for over two hours with our luggage with not even another option or solution. Ridiculous!! Worst experience ever and I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

High up hill so be prepared to walk but very nice place, staff is great. Pool area seems to be closed alot and early. I dont like that your key keeps the ac on, if you leave too long your room will be hot! Bathroom needs a remodel and better lighting, too dark in there.

Very clean and well kept hotel. The staff is very friendly and always available. Cold breakfast is served and is pretty much the same every day. Nonetheless, it gives you all what you need to get through until lunch time. The location is just off the main road to the Kamari beach, in a very quiet corner. You get to appreciate the wonderful view from a higher elevation towards the town and the ocean. The room offers you all the necessities.
