Awesome hotel that seemed to be recently renovated and had a very modern feel. Room was great and spacious (we got a suite) with a awesome deck that had a great view of the beach and water. Staff were super friendly as well and the bar downstairs was great. Definitely a great place to stay in Kamiri.

If you get a room with an outdoor jacuzzi you'll have one of the best views in Kamari. This hotel has four of them. Public pools were not heated in October.

Great hotel for the sunrise. Go to Imerovigli if you want the sunset.

Nice place, close to the beach and bus stops

Short review: underwhelming. The hotel is okay, and the staff is great, especially Sofocles on the beach and the cleaning staff, but the hotel's policies are pretty poor. The food included for breakfast or dinner is dreadful, literally the lowest quality food. The only meat that's edible is bacon, and for dinner they do not provide any drinks, everything is only for sale, at bar prices. This is also ironic because the hotel also owns the beach restaurant, Mesogaia, which is overpriced even with the discount, and you can't serve any hotel included meals there. I also do not recommend the cocktails, they were mostly meh, and very expensive at 10-11 EUR. The hotel itself is fine for the most part, but quite misleading in photos, since the hotel is actually a complex of multiple buildings, most of which have no view, or are at floor level so people can just gawk at you while you walk by. Ours had a lovely view of a wall, as you can see in the photo, and was nowhere near the beach or the pool, or anything remotely beautiful. The room itself was fine, and cleaned thoroughly daily, but the air conditioning unit was an old one, and was angled in such a way that the person sleeping near the window woke up with a sore throat. Sleeping with the window open is impossible, due to the sound from people on the beach, the pool or just all the airplanes flying around. Frankly, as I mentioned above, the hotel is underwhelming, and for the price is absolutely not worth it. My recommendation is to get a nicer place farther from the beach, since you have no view anyway. Or just forget about Santorini altogether and go to a cheaper island like Zakynthos and get a nicer hotel for the same money, with much better food.

We stayed at the Afroditi Beach Hotel for just one week and wished we'd stayed in Santorini longer.
The hotel is very well situated with both a road entrance (reception/lobby) and another entrance through the hotels bar on the beach front.
All public areas of the hotel are maintained to a high standard and we were very impressed.
We had a standard room (323) which overlooked the smaller of the two pools. The room was simple and clean, sheets and towels changed everyday.
The fridge had a complementary bottle of water on arrival and was large enough for two 2L bottles of water and some smaller bottle of pop/beer. The safe is a little on the small side and used a key on the room keyring which did sometimes mean the lights turned off (as the keycard wasn't in the slot).
Air conditioning was also included and was very welcome in July.
All the staff were very friendly and courteous.
Poolside and beach beds are good quality wooden beds with comfy padded mattress' on them. The hotels sunbeds on the beach are also free! But it's "Early bird catches the worm" with these.
We would return to Santorini in a heartbeat and would be happy to stay at the Afroditi Beach Hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family.
