Worst hotel ever!! No fresch fruits on breakfast menu, we are in Greece aren’t we? Been here for almost two weeks, first and last time!!
Rooms are good, small bathrooms with smell of drain, beds are rock hard and our backs hurts so much. Water from shower comes out very slowly, barely got wet. Hallways are dirty and filthy from vomits and other “things”. Nice view and near to all restaurants and old city.

I am just back from a week in the Kipriotis Hotel Rhodes. Myself and my friend stayed half board. I found the hotel clean and well looked after. Our beds were made every morning except Monday and clean towels left every day but the room wasn't cleaned . The staff were lovely and friendly. The food wasn't nice there wasn't a lot of variety and some of it was dried up. The soup was the only thing I enjoyed. You had to queue for breakfast every morning.The entertainment wasn't great only two nights out of the week. Its closeness to the beach is a bonus. The pool is small and cold and the sun doesn't come over until about 12 o'clock. The pool snack bar is very nice and the food is excellent. I enjoyed my holiday to Rhodes but not the Kipriotis Hotel.

Rooms fairly small and a little tired, but perfectly functional. Bathroom (wet room with shower) adequate. Maintenance issues such as broken toilet seat never attended to. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of choice, but had to go early to avoid excessively long queues. Marking it down as this hotel is definately NOT disabled friendly. Ramps to reception, but there are no toilets on that floor. Disabled loo on the lower ground, but only accessible via a steep sack truck chute! Lifts too small to accomodate all but the smallest, transit wheelchair. No alternative access when power is off (reportedly often on Rhodes). Noisy most of the day and night. Never any space around the pool. Windy (stony) beach not an option, unless you like being sand-blasted. Not a lot in the local area either, which is quite run down.

Very nice hotel! Location is perfect, right at the beach, and easy access to everything in Rhodes town. Very friendly staff, well cleaned rooms and modern feel to the whole hotel. Breakfast buffé was included with lots of different choices.

The room I stayed in was a bit sparse and for the price paid I expected more. Breakfast is buffet with plenty to choose from. Gym listed on their website costs an extra 3 euros per day. Didn't try the restaurant for evening meals and probably won't. Shop in -1 is normal prices so easy to stock up if required.
