THE BEST - a must for anyone who wants to learn how to cook Greek from a great woman. My wife and spent 3+ hours with Paraskevi and her son Niko and cooked so much that we had an awesome dinner of leftovers later that night. We made Braised Lamb with lettuce and dill, meatballs, asparagus and mint frittata, fresh green beans with lemon and oil, and homemade tzatziki. Niko also gave us a tour of their family farm and treated us to some of their wine which was great. I have taken cooking classes on other trips around the world and this was by far the best - we hated to leave.

We did a cooking class here and it was absolutely amazing! There were only 7 of us in the class and the food we made was absolutely delicious. We did have a lot of help from the chefs but the overall experience was very fun and I would definitely recommend taking a cooking lesson here if you are in Naxos.

Delicious tomato mint pie, excellent local rose wine, and one of the best service on the island. The food is extremely fresh, from homegrown veggies and local farms, and masterfully prepared. A must eat place.

Excellent dinner! Went in kitchen & pointed to what we wanted (everything). Authentic local food in beautiful, quiet inland setting at low prices. Loved it!
