Maybe the historical significance of the 2 Kouros is not the highest. But they are still worth a visit - especially the great location itself. We loved to hike up and down the hills. And don't forget to stop at the coffee 'shop' of the old lady in the so called paradise garden!

This statue is on a hillside. It is quite well signposted but at one point I wasn't sure if I had gone the right way because the path became really bumpy. However I continued and after a short walk the path became even again. The statue is well preserved and the view across the countryside is stunning.

This Kouros, as well as the others, is amazing. A huge unfinished statue made of the famous Naxian Marble left there 6-7 centuries before Christ. If you're visiting Naxos take some time to visit it.
