Really nice resort. Had a lovely stay. Only problem was lack of welcome pack or information about restaurant timings, what to find where etc. We were still working it all out by the time we left!

We loved our week here. It was out daughters first holiday abroad and she had a brilliant time. The hotel is beautiful and although when we went the pool was very cold we still enjoyed ourselves. There's a variety of restaurants to eat in and we never got bored of the food. The Greek restaurant was our favourite.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there is the water park right next door too.
All the staff were friendly and were extremely good with our 3 year old (especially Arvin in the bar by reception who was always there to help out if she had a strop. We can not thank him enough for helping out and being so lovely.)

Great service en very nice and helpful staff. It is a big resort though. The pool temperature might be a bit higher (especially for our 6 and 8 yo and the fitness a bit bigger. Other than that, lots of facilities and a nice location.

This should not be 5 stars hotel. 4 is maximum. Perfect and friendly staff. 6 swimming pools (also 18+), but main one booked since early morning. Really boring food - one week is more than enough. Chinese restaurant is perfect, but you do not go to Greece to eat Chinese food every night. You have to book it in a morning, and 8:15 it is usually booked yet!! Beach is short and could be more sandy. It can take 10 minutes to walk from the end corner of the hotel to the reception! Not so far away to Kos city center (~2km) - and this town is so lovely and really really crowd at night! Book your boat tour in a city center (3 island trip cost 20 €/person; at hotel 30-45€/person!).

Just returned home from spending a week in this amazing 5* resort. We were totally blown away with everything from our room to the food to the service and banter we received. The service and friendliness of staff and managers is 100%. The animation team were excellent, our kids had a blast at 8 & 11 yrs old, they both took a shine in particular to Sophie!! The food was delicious and plenty of choice, all restaurants were great but we really enjoyed the Greek one. The wine served a dinner was chilled and very nice ( i was expecting it to be like paint stripper) so happy days! The kids enjoyed trying the local dishes and the pancakes by the main pool were to die for . . . . . . so if you haven't already booked this resort for your holidays . . . . .DO IT NOW you will not be disappointed!!
