Great hotel for any one. Good service clean and neat place. Astonishiong staff ready to help you with anything. Nice views as from land as from sea. Highly recommend this place.

Like most reviews our experience has made this 4 star not a five star. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean with new towels each day. The food is warm so it is cold by the time you are finishing your meal. Different containers would be better these steel drums do not keep the food piping hot. We are in the Panorama Blue section and for the price we made we are more than happy with this accommodation. The views are brilliant and it's a nice idea eating outside when it is a calm evening. Yes the hotel does need some TLC but we would return for a late deal

The place has several ranks of rooms, and we rented the cheapest ones without the ocean view. This was our first time in an all inclusive hotel.
I'd say this place has the potential to be 5 star. It has a 5 star view and the placement of all the facilities are good. Unfortunately, the condition needs to be renovated. Inside the building it looks like it is from the 70's (apart from the lobby). The pool has bits of tiles missing, with fungal growth. The mattress is rock hard and the interior is definitely 3 stars.
We came with our 1 year old and felt that this was a nice relaxing break from our daily grind of working/baby attention. Definitely a couple of unfriendly staff but most were friendly. The guests seem to be very friendly and happy.
As for going all inclusive or not, I think it depends if you have the energy or not. I wouldn't recommend it for young couples without kids, although if you do come you wouldn't be the only ones here. Crete is quite big and renting a car for a day trip could mean 2 hour round trip easily. For us old folks who have settled down, it's a nice relaxing break and you wouldn't mind being bored.

Amazing views and pool. Food is good, drinks are good, beer and strongbox, usual local spirits in the cocktails but you can pay for brands, rooms Comfortable and cleaned daily. Entertainment is a bit rubbish bit it's a feet up and relax kind of place, a few beaches in walking distance, best one is to the right of the hotel
