Rooms generally all have the same layout, shower area generally pours out to the toilet and so generally will have issues trying to keep a dry floor. We booked through Amex however arrived and were informed that our booking was not on their system. Thankfully there was a spare room available and thus we were allocated a standard room.staff were very apologetic and promised to bump us up to an apartment room. All in all a good experience.

If you are looking for a good located, quite and relaxing seaside place (far enough from crowded areas, but close enough to everything that worth to explore) with quality hotel services, super-kind staff, great restaurant and meal experience then Cretan Dream is a perfect match for you. Room (we got one of the Superior Luxory Suites) was clean, cozy and very roomy… 🔱👍🏻

Beautiful place... Stunning rooms and pool/patio... Washable to Chania on a cooler day (1.5 hours)... Pool bar cocktails excellent... Great breakfast food selection... Really enjoyed dinners... Coffee not great... Woken overnight by misbehaving electrically operated curtains!!

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is also very good. I can absolutely recommend this place.

Excellent hotel! Good location & view. Good rooms with sea view. 10 minutes away from the old part of Chania (12€ in taxi) The staff is very polite and always ready to help. Breakfast is pretty good. One minor issue is the pool, it is bit cold.
