The examination of my dog was very superficial and seemed rushed. The blood work that was guaranteed - and paid for - to be "the full package" did not include basic blood levels (the lab results had it written down as not selected) and it took several calls to Medical Zoo to actually receive the results after the initial given date had passed with no word from them.
