All in all it's nice and clean. Close to public transportation, close to all sorts of amenities. Only wish rooms for three were a bit more spacious.

Best feature here is that you are minutes from the Piraeus port departure for the islands the following morning. Cab ride will be quick and inexpensive. Hotel itself is serviced by friendly people. Premises is clean. Why a low rating? Inadequate air conditioning in our rooms. It's 40 C in Athens in the summer, you cool comfort. Badly. You need to sleep in comfort. No dice here. Beds are small and uncomfortable. Bus lane right in front of the hotel. No taxi service to the door. You have to carry your bags across a very busy boulevard. Dangerous. Elevator is ver tiny. Very difficult to carry up bags for numerous people in your party if such is the case. Not much room here. No repeat if ever is the case.

Despite being budget hotel, it is surprisingly nice place to stay. Cosy, with friendly staff, ok-ish rooms, we got also balcony with views over the street. We didn't take the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It takes about 10 minutes walking to reach the port - depending on your entrance gate. Plenty of bars and restaurants around.
Despite being budget hotel, it is surprisingly nice place to stay. Cosy, with friendly staff, ok-ish rooms, we got also balcony with views over the street. I have spent two months in this hotel during a business trip, it is very good and really friendly and helpful staff. My room was very clean and had room service everyday.
The one negative is the rooms on the backside of the hotel are terribly small, rooms on the front side are amazing with great view.
Hotel location is at the center of Pireaus, very close to city center, city port and metro station.
Definitely, would visit again!
