We have been there for a professional event, and it was nice there. The location of the hotel is very nice. You can work at that place very good because it is silent there. The service is okay. The hotel is very clean and looks very nice.

Very nice hotel. Great and friendly staff! We however had problems with the wifi (biggest draw back) and some of the appliances were old and run down.

Unfriendly, everything costs extra, to pricey for given quality, breakfast not 4 star worth... wouldn't go there again....

Terrible hotel. WiFi does not work, rooms are listed as having air conditioning, they forget to tell you it costs €20 PER NIGHT to switch it on! Rooms are very average and infested with mosquitos (they provide a fly swat in every room, no joke). Breakfast always costs extra, and is not very good. Shampoo seemed to be a promotional sample of L'Oréal ripped from a magazine.
Finally, they have recently cancelled their agreement with Amex because the fees are too high.
Clearly a franchise branch of Best Western which is trying to cut costs at every turn. Avoid at all costs, you will leave feeling robbed.

Beautiful surroundings. Small but excellent menu and food in the restaurant. Clean and nice spa and fitness room. Own room was nice with excellent beds. Great place to stay!
