Wir sind mit dem Essen immer sehr zufrieden, und dieses Restaurant gehört zu meinen Lieblingslokalen in Wiesbaden. Wir haben hier im April sogar im kleinen Kreis unsere Hochzeitsfeier in der Bar gefeiert, die Nähe zum Standesamt ist optimal. Die Abstimmung hat größtenteils gut geklappt, bis darauf das auch alkoholfreier Sekt gewünscht war zum Sektempfang, der nicht ausgeschenkt wurde, und im Nachtisch Alkohol war ( ich hatte darauf hingewiesen das ich schwanger bin)
Aber ansonsten war alles wirklich zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, das Essen war hervorragend, das Rinderfilet war auf dem Punkt und der Service war super. Empfehlenswert !

Service is wishy-washy. The first time I went there was very good and then I took people. The second time I found the staff a bit arrogant and the food was not over the top, just okay. I decided to give it a next time remembering my first experience but took a downhill slide from there. They were really busy got it but our experience was as if we were not there. Overwhelmed staff and the worst service even trying to pay the bill (should have walked out). Tables with only women were served as Goddesses (remembering my first visit). The owner is more than arrogant he is egoistic and forgets the clients are what makes him. We waited nearly an hour and a half for our food. They got our drink order wrong and literally missed our table every time took 20 minutes to even order drinks (had to get owner). At the end of our visit when I approached the owner he played like he didn't understand English when he told a staff member to tell me he is not a snell imbiss (fast food). Mistake! I understand and speak German. His respect for my comment was zero and the food was really not that great. There are so many other very good places in town that serve this cuisine with much better service. After over 30 years of experiencing European hospitality this ranks as one of the worst. The food is okay but over priced with a flamboyant owner who thinks he's a gift. Poor people that work there he's rude to them too. He's not a master chef so loose the attitude! Being humble earns more respect dude. And really, the menu doesn't change that much and I really find it over priced. Want really good all around go to Karim's!
