A nice hotel, almost in the centre of Trier. I really like the entrance and how well decorated is. The personal is really kind and helpful.

Good service and friendly staff. Rooms pleasant and well decorated. We had a family room on floor 4. Things of note are that the car park is small so book ahead, the lift only goes to floor 2 and the family rooms are in the eaves with freely opening skylights that have no restrictions. A very pleasant stay.

Good value for money, friendly staff.
Good breakfast,
We had room 306, superior room, with a big balcony at the back of the building, so no noise from the street.
We didn't need it but when it gets warm an airconditioner woud be nice.
Be aware that some rooms ar not accessable by elevator.

Great hotel with very nice staff. Helpfully allowed us to leave our car after we checked out so we could walk in the hills without moving it to a paid lot.
