Anfangs sehr freundlich bis der Vertrag abgeschlossen war, dann fühlt sich niemand mehr zuständig und man wird hingehalten und verarscht. Mir wurde zudem etwas in Rechnung gestellt was ich nicht erhalten und bestellt habe. War bis jetzt sechs mal dort um dies zu beklagen. Bis jetzt habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten. Lediglich nach meiner sechsten Beschwerde haben sie es geschafft meinen alten Vertrag zu kündigen, damit ich nicht doppelt zahlen muss (wurde wohl vom Mitarbeiter beim Wechsel zum neuen Vertrag vergessen)

The worst experience I have had in Germany as an international student!
A very rude staff which threatens the clients instead of explaining the options!
Avoid that vodafone shop!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have witnessed the employees shouting and being rude to customers so today I got up the courage and politely asked them to write down their names. They asked why and I told them I was going to call vodafone headquarters and file a complaint. The employee David Molosicih? started shouting at me and telling me he was going to call the police. I told him call the police if he likes that will change nothing. I am calling vodafone everyday twice a day filing a complaint.

Hey hopefully I can save someone looking to get a new phone or organise internet some grief - whatever you do, avoid the Vodafone shop at the Hauptbahnhof end of Königstr (Königstraße 10B, 70173 Stuttgart). Not only did it take them a month to give us the phones we ordered and three months to connect the internet (during which time they made us pay for all of it), they have consistently added random charges to our bill even after we have repeatedly asked them in person to cancel the extra services. Today when my 6-month old phone broke, they tried to sell me a new and more expensive phone with the idea that I pay for both. When I refused, they told me that not a single store in all of Stuttgart has temporary replacement phones available to fill the gap while mine is being repaired and that the repairs will take two weeks.
Do yourself a favour. Avoid them.

Good to buy but not for detailed information .staff are lovely but they do not know what are the solutions they can help u and u may need !!
