I have been to several aerial studios in the area and this one is one of the best. A lot of studios tend to overfill classes to increase income. Classes here never feel over crowded. Most studios also don't incorporate strength exercises into your warm up, so you end up staying at the same level in your aerial class for months/years and you never see improvement. Well, here is different. Alex and her trainers have in depth knowledge of their areas and can also spot you safe and effectively. Alex also has extensive knowledge of biomechanics, so she can tailor movements to your specific needs. She also speaks English if you are having difficulty with German. Also, everyone is really friendly and open. You do not have to worry about catty girls in this studio. So happy to have found a place I look forward to coming after work. Thank you Alex!

Ich bin einfach nur begeistert! So liebevoll wie alles eingerichtet ist so liebevoll ist unsere Lehrerin. Sie macht einen perfekten Unterricht und ich würde nie wieder, wo anders hingehen!
