Going out of business so lots of sales. But workers don't really care anymore so I got hit by a girl riding a scooter and almost hit in the face buy a couple playing soccer in the store and no employees stopped it

I bought two weeks ago inline skates at the store. The first point of contact was unfriendly and not helpful. One of my old skates were not working because a broken supply. The person did not help and recommended to buy new inline skates without actually helping. After two weeks the inline skate did not close anymore. The person took the inline skate and said that it is going to send to me. Two weeks later, I received my inline skate back and the person was rushing through the store with me. When I wanted to get a bag, the person went to the store manager to ask him. The result was that I got one with the saying: "That was an exception!" The store manager came outside later on and asked me how everything was. I said that I did not feel appreciated and he mentioned only "...but you have your inline skates." I left the store with a bad feeling and did not like the customer journey and friendliness of the staff and manager.
