After a two-day waiting in Baden-Baden, I received an alternative car from the Stuttgart branch & One of the seats in the back was not fixed, resulting in my little daughter being hurt. Where are the customers' safety?

Great Service! I reserved car, at time of arrival I did not receive my car I reserved, BUT.. instead of my car I reserved I received a car LOT better then I reserved. Great deal for good price.. Thank you SIXT! Love this car!

Few weeks after renting a car, I recieved a parking fee for the time that the car was not on me anymore. (Was back in SIXT).
Took me few days to fix this situation, cuz they told me that there is no way they will take responsibility for a fee, no matter what. They just put fee under my name and even after I explained that I gave the car already back (I had a paper confirmation for everything), they did not care.. lost all my nerves. Only after I made a big deal, they fixed up the thing.
Another problem was when we came to book a car they said one price, while it was way more expensive on the day of paying. They said cuz later they included taxes. I find it not fair not telling me the full price from the beggining and tricking me into booking a car. I went there personaly to book and i specificaly asked what is the final price, yet days later they rased the price up, saying it's cuz of taxes.

Get a Budget Car. They are well taken care of and have surprisingly great features. Staff was helpful and almost all speak english.
