Weihnachten 2016 hatten wir eine Fahrt mit Buffet. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Buffet war super, Personal schnell und freundlich.

Haben die Neujahrsfahrt auf der Kristallkönigin mit Buffet gemacht. War alles top! Sehr professionelles und freundliches Personal, Super Essen, tolles Ambiente. Sollte man mal gemacht haben. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

We took the Kristall Prinzessin to Walhalla. Walhalla itself is beautiful, the boat is also very comfortable and nice. However, I tried to get drinks on the way back. I went to the bar to order, but they told they come to the table and I can only order there. No one came and we stayed thirsty. We cannot recommend the service.

Schönes Ambiente aber maßlos überfordertes Personal. 40min Wartezeit auf der Kristallflotte für eine Spezi, 1h für eine Schnitzelsemmel. Das ist einfach schlecht!
