One of my favorite hotels in Nuremberg. Very conveniently located right at the exit from the central station passage and thus close to all public transport, this locally run hotel is a great retreat in downtown.
The rooms are well appointed. They include modern TV sets and a Nespresso machine.
The breakfast is truly outstanding, with a lot of the varied buffet made in-house. In good weather, one can sit in the atrium. Staff is friendly too!

Atmosphere and looks are nice and modern. Hotel staff is nice and the breakfast was very good. The wifi barely works though which is a shame, especially if you rely on it.

We had tried to book a room within the walls of the old city for our visit, but when the date was the same as a large event occurring in the city, we 'settled' for the arts & business hotel. We were very pleased that we did. Our room was very spacious with areas to place unpacked items. The bathroom was also extremely large for a European city hotel, as well as being 'squeaky clean'. Breakfast was large with numerous choices and the staff was very professional.
The primary down-side for us was the walking distance to restaurants.
