Sonntagmorgen, Regen, 09 Uhr. Und dann gut gelauntes Personal. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, alles klappt reibungslos. Fahrzeug in einwandfreiem Zustand, tiptop. Rückgabe ebenfalls problemlos und wieder sehr freundlich. Danke an das Team, ich macht euren Job super! Es war das zweite Mal, dass ich an dieser Station ein Auto angemietet habe und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Rented a car for two days and was charged for three. Even though there was an accident on the freeway and we called ahead to let them know, I was still charged an extra day by the branch manager who has terrible customer service. In the end if someone is late by only an hour with good reason shouldn't be charged an extra day. Terrible customer service. They overbook and don't keep enough cars on-hand.
