HERZ, OFICINA INEXISTENTE EN LA ESTACION DE NUREMBERG. En la Estacion de Nurmeberg no existe oficina de Herz. Las llaves se entregan en la Oficina de Venta de Tickets en la que tampoco existe ningun indicador de Herz. Esto no lo explican en su contrato. Nos cobraron un recargo injusto porque estuvimos 45 minutos buscando la oficina y nos pasamos de la hora de entrega. No recomiendo HERZ.

There is no dedicated Hertz office and they only reserved 1 parking in the garage.. hertz keys needed to be drown at DB ticket office. No signs or information was given. They should just close this branch.
