Really terrible customer service. They lied about the extra insurance, saying it was only 10 euros more, and then when we returned the car they charged 144 euros. They intentionally provide wrong information and they act like the customer did not understand something. Complete FRAUD!

I had a VERY VERY BAD experience with Enterprise. They charged 1000 euro from me without any notice, because of the scratch on the car. I proved it was not my fault in 30 min by showing all the old photos to Customer service. But they returned my money in 4 WEEKS ONLY. I called them constantly, wrote several emails, visited Airport office several time, but they were only promising to return money back soon. This is worse service I ever had. Will not recommend to anyone ever. And please don't forget to take a picture of entire car at the airport park before you move. If you feel uncomfortable BLOCK your Credit Card in advance

I had really worst experience with this Enterprise. I rented car for a day. Given back on time. Two guys there had a look at the car and said all okay. And later Money from my credit Card got deducted saying glass was broken ( which I am sure did not broken and I dont have any reason to lie because I had a third party full insurance including glass etc) And later to Claim , I asked them info like invoice, and photos but still they did not send me anything from two months....

No problem with the car hire itself, but the lady at the desk at the time needs to learn the concept of courteous customer service (the internationally-accepted standard). Disappointing for Enterprise standards.

Very bad experience, having a flat tire on a highway, after telling me that someone will take care of me, they charged my card twice for Towing, and for the tire with no explanation or official report, so unprofessional. I also paid taxi from ADAC to my hotel - no refund. I had to block my card to prevent further charges. They provided faulty equipment for tire repair. If they had spare tire this all would be walk in a park.
CUSTOMERS BE AWARE OF FRAUD! They will not tell you what you are getting in to. Sweet misleading talk but heavy Credit Card Charge.
