Nice friendly staff. Offer excellent quality car with a very competitive price.... cheaper actually. Excellent value for money. Easy access through public transport.

Walked in and booked a van for moving at this location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The problem is when I returned to pick up the van a week later, I found out the staff member had made the booking at the Ostbahnhof location, not Laim. What should of been a quick 10 minute pick up, turned into over n hour and half of traveling to the other side of the city to pick up the van then driving back to where we needed to load it. Quiet frustrating as we then had to finish packing the van in the dark.

They do their job, nice and friendly people.
Seems to be under staffed at peak times, but other than that they do a good job, cars are fine and clean, never had problems when returning a car after opening hours.

Don't rent from this location! I dropped the car off on a Sunday when they were closed. The vehicle had no damage whatsoever. Then the next week i was charged 430 Euros for damage to the vehicle. I can't get any documentation of what the damage was and I am stuck paying the full amount.
