A stay at the tent is definitely an experience. People and stuff is very kind and immediately after check-in you feel like part of the community there. The prices for accommodation, food, washing etc. are fair and affordable. In the evening they often light a fire and you will end up meeting new people if you want or not. I can just recommend to try out if it's something for you although it can get quite cold in the tent.

Overall I would say if you are looking for a budget option this is great!
Some things to keep in mind:
- reception is open 24h, but cash only
- limited space available for tent pitches, so on busy days it feels quite crowded
- floor spaces: you get 2 warm blankets and a really thin mat, that's it. So bring your own pillow! Earplugs help too, quietness isn't enforced until 1am and the floors creak when people walk around.
- Facilities: laundry, kitchen (with fridge space!), eating area
- Stuff to do: board games, basketball, ping-pong etc. are free to use
- Overall cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen is average/passable.
The shower pressure sucks but at least it's free?
- Breakfast was OK. At the time the options were bread, cold cuts and cheese, nutella, jam, pastries, tea/coffee, boiled egg, fruit. It costed me about 5 euros.
- Lockers: can bring your own padlock (small luggage lock doesn't work) or buy one at reception for 4,50 euros.
Overall I would say if you are looking for a budget option this is great!

Fantastic budget accommodation. So cheap and you get so much. Stayed for 4 nights in our own tent with a young family. Perfect for getting into town by tram, 45-60 min car journey to Galaxy Erding. Great staff, great atmosphere, great food too for €5.20.

This place is awesome. Chill atmosphere. Also, most of stuff is based on confidence. Guests as well as hosts are certain type of people, where mutual respect and trust work at the highest level. You pay for what you get, actually, you pay less, because the benefits are countless. Keep it up you guys! This is hospitality at the highest level at the "lowest" level. Highly recommend

What an awesome place to stay. I've literally just stayed the one night so far and already agree with it being the best place to stay. We are traveling and staying in the shared floor space tent. The company have provided us with not only Matt's but blankets as well all at an affordable price. There was an awesome campfire last night and we met some awesome people. Also there is easy transport into Munich city center.
