This used to be a great place last year. We made a reservation 1 week in advance. We got the wrong table to start with. Our waiter did not master the service. We had to wait over 40 minutes for a breakfast. Also things were forgot from our order. At the end the payment did not go smooth, as we paid an item double it turned out in the end.

Good menu with a wide variety of food. Helpful, polite, friendly staff. We didn't wait long and the food was delicious!

I've heard from two different customers that they were not allowed to breastfed their babies. This is just not acceptable! Breast milk is how babies should be fed and one doesn't have to be bright to know science has proved that and that World Health Organisation recommends breastfeeding until 2yo.
And the question to ask here... Does the staff know why women have breasts? That's right, to breastfeed their cubs, like any other mammal. But for sure a customer coming in a big cleavage doesn't have to leave the room...
Please: get informed. And treat your customers (including babies) with respect.

This place is somewhat of an institution. Designed in a old coffee shop style, the atmosphere is very open plan, but still retains character. The food is reasonable, the portions are huge, but the real reason you are coming here is to be around people.

Ordered lunch menu. Meat in burgers was totally disgusting; smelling like really old meat. Complained to waiter about this fact. In the end my lunch consisted of fries and salad as it was impossible even to smell those burgers, hope I would not get poisoned. Waiter said: they are ok, they always taste like this. I feel really sorry for other people if those burgers "always taste like this". Obviously, there was NO suggestion to refund or give a discount. I am going to Mozart from time to time for business lunch or dinner, now i am doubting further visits.
