Great place for a 90 minute training swim. You can swim all day, but you get a cheaper rate if you want a shorter swim.

Best place to swim lanes in Mainz or Wiesbaden, even if it's a bit crowded. The spa area is okay and the sauna area is pretty decent. The facilities could use a bit of an upgrade (there's always a broken shower or sink) but I can't complain too much. This is my go-to pool for sport.

quite expensive. to get into sauna you have tp purchase the day ticket fpr the rest of the facility
