Not too clean and they confuse reservations. They've "forgot" we have booked a room for us plus a child.

I'd honestly probably give this place 3.5 stars. The location was great. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was great both for Italian food and the breakfast. The room was nice aside from being too stuffy. My big problem was at night when the casino was busy the entire building smelled so, so strongly of cigarette smoke. It was almost a joke that the rooms were non-smoking since it'd probably smell like you'd smoked if you left your door open long enough. Also like another person said, there were so many ambulance and police sirens.
