Location, cleanliness very good. No one on site after 6pm for check in or problems. Breakfast to be purchased from cafe with poor choice. Parking 200 m away for 15eur.

I only experienced the cafe, but it had delicious paninis at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had coffee at the cafe. Very cute place in the heart of old town Koblenz. We don't speak any German but the barista was very helpful and explained the menu to us in English.

The restaurant and hotel were very clean and the workers were all friendly - they had fabulous coffee as well!

The hotel is in the centre of the old town overlooking a lovely square with shops and cafes all around. The room was light, airy and very comfortable. The hotel has a very nice cafe bar where you can get a very reasonably priced breakfast in the morning.There is no direct parking at the hotel but we parked in one of the nearby public car parks, a short walk to and from the hotel, for 15 euros per day. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and I would certainly stay here again.
